If the event doesn't take place
If the event you paid for does not reach the minimum number of reservations requested by the Cook, the entire amount of your booking will be refunded by Gnammo.
On the morning of the event the refund procedure will be activated by e-mail: you will have to choose the mode you prefer and you will receive your refund on the first working day following the request.

If the Cook rejects your booking, the entire amount of the reservation will be refunded by Gnammo.

Terms of refunds
At your request for refund or activation of the automatic refund mechanism, you will be asked which mode you prefer: whether to receive a refund on the PayPal account or credit card used for payment or to transform the refund into Gnammo credits.
By redeeming Gnammo credits, you can use them for your next bookings until their expiration date.
