Can I know who the other Gnammers will be?
I am interested in an event but I would like to know the address of the Cook's house. How can I know it?
At the bottom of the event page you can see a small map indicating the area where the Cook's house is located.
For privacy reasons, the exact address will be sent to you via e-mail as soon as the Cook approves your booking request.
How can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking within 24 hours before the start of the event you booked by accessing your
Bookings section and clicking on CANCEL BOOKING.
You can also contact us writing your Gnammo user and the event you can no longer go to: we will promptly notify the Cook and refund your payment.
If an event does not take place, will I get my money back?
If the event you paid for does not reach the minimum number of reservations requested by the Cook, the entire amount of your booking will be refunded by Gnammo.
On the morning of the event the refund procedure will be activated by e-mail: you will have to choose the mode you prefer and you will receive your refund on the first working day following the request.
Which terms of refund do you have and how quickly will I get my money back?
At your request for refund or activation of the automatic refund mechanism, you will be asked which mode you prefer: whether to receive a refund on your PayPal account or credit card used for payment or to transform the refund into Gnammo credits.
By redeeming Gnammo credits, you can use them for your next bookings until their expiration date.
